We apologize for the inconvenience but the Equitable Future Conference has been postponed until further notice.

From housing to wages, leaders are facing tough questions dealing with equity. Come network and learn more at our annual Equitable Future Conference on May 26th from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Sonoma Mountain Village.

Presenters will be focusing on Economic Inequality to Economic Sustainability: Lifting the barriers for everyone to thrive. Speakers will include leaders from different organizations throughout the Bay Area including First 5 Sonoma County Commission, the UC Berkeley Labor Center, Social Advocates for Youth - SAY, Sonoma County Winegrowers, and many more.

We will be offering three tracks to present under the umbrella theme:

  • Organizing
This track will present information that gives community activists the organizing tools they need to help them focus their efforts working with policy makers efficiently and effectively.
  • Policy
This track will examine proven policies that lift people out of poverty, moving communities from the current state of Economic Inequality to one of Economic Sustainability for all.
  • Services
This track will bring community awareness and connections to the many services and avenues available to help those who bear the brunt of poverty today.
